Staff and tenants got together last month to enjoy cakes and a cuppa as part of Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. At head office we raised a grand total of £71.30, while over in Accrington the morning included games and a visit from a couple of local PCSOs, all helping to raise just under £30!
Tenant K is a keen gardener, so he was only too happy to volunteer to brighten up the front of the development he lives in. A generous donation of plants from a local nursery means that the space looks much more attractive!
It was an honour to have been invited by our friends at Wigan Council to the grand opening of our new development, The Keepers in Wigan. The Mayor of Wigan was there to cut the ribbon, and the new tenants, staff, friends and family enjoyed an afternoon tea in the sunshine!
