It’s always interesting when we take handover of a new development, but one of the latest comes with added history… The building was the birthplace of impresario John Avery whose parents ran it as a pub known as the Bear Inn. Avery went on to run the London Palladium, working with countless stars including Judy Garland and Frank Sinatra.
