Residents

As a My Space Housing Solutions resident, you can expect high quality accommodation which is close to local amenities and public transport links. My Space have our own dedicated maintenance team who are available 24 hours a day and all properties will have regular inspections.

As part of your tenancy agreement, you will receive weekly support from a dedicated and highly trained Housing Support Officer, who will provide information, advice and guidance on a range of issues, including:

  • Understanding your tenancy responsibilities
  • Benefits and claims help
  • Advice on security and safety
  • Support with managing repairs
  • Promoting your independence
  • Help with moving on when the time is right
  • Accessing other services
  • Going along to residents’ meetings and forums
  • Help with budgeting

Ultimately we want to give our residents the confidence to grow in other areas of their lives and achieve the quality of life that everyone is entitled to.
