The Income Officer is part of the income team and provides an effective and efficient income collection service. The aim is to support our tenants in sustaining their tenancies by helping them meet their rental obligations and ensuring rental income performance expectations are met. The role includes engaging with local authorities, building relationships and working together as a team in the best interest of our tenants.
