Following our sign-up to the Armed Forces Covenant last summer and receiving the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) in September 2020, a team have been working away behind the scenes for the Silver Award.
We have just received the exciting news that My Space has been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award!- this really is a huge achievement and very much deserved.
This means that we will continue to actively promote being armed forces friendly and are open to employing reservists, armed forces veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses/partners. You will notice that our email signatures now have the Silver Award logo, and we are updating the website to reflect this accomplishment.
Well done and thank you to everyone involved for their hard work in achieving this award, it’s something to be very proud of.
Needless to say, we now begin to work towards Gold as part of our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant- onwards and upwards!
