If you think we are on the right track, you can let us know by complimenting anything about your home, our services or your contact with us.
We love to receive your compliments but as well as making us happy, compliments help us to improve, by telling us what we are doing well.
If you would like to give a compliment, you can do this by:
- Speaking to your housing support officer
- Calling our office on 01204 694154
- Submitting our online compliments form
It doesn’t matter how you give a compliment. We record all compliments and will let the individual or team know that you are happy with the service you receive.
