How to make a complaint
If you would like to make a complaint you can do that in any of these ways:

- Directly emailing complaints@myspacehousing.org
We value what you tell us about our services – whether it’s what we’re doing well or things we could do better. These comments help us to improve the way we work.
It doesn’t matter how you make a complaint. We take every complaint seriously, investigate it and try to put things right.
