My Space tenants travelled from far and wide on Tuesday to join us for our first ever Tenants’ Forum in Cumbria. They were welcomed with tea, coffee and biscuits before settling down to hear from Operations Manager Andy Goodson and Operations Director Pete Lynch about how far My Space has grown across the county.
Housing Manager Abi Lobley explained how important these get-togethers are, as they give My Space the chance to hear what tenants want and need from our service, what we’re getting right and how we can improve. All tenants were asked to fill in a feedback survey and a questionnaire about how they would like the forums to be run going forward.
After a lovely buffet lunch, Pete drew the raffle – the lucky winners were Alison, Paul, Bev, Kristina, Pam and Lainey!
